Hi! the sticks serve to mark the different zones, which have specific aquafarmers; low tides somehow the zones, sometimes marked with stone walls, are visible, but in high tide or in other moments that is tricky, so this is a kind of sea fence. It also helps boats to know that these are shallow waters…
